Add and Changes Report


The Add and Changes report provides detail information of employees' hour changes made by managers and supervisors.

Time Card Report


The Absent Tardy Report shows employee absentees and tardiness for the period specified. This report may be used as a tool by company managers or supervisors to review employees' attendance habits to make accurate employee attendance evaluations and reviews.

The Absent Tardy Report shows employee absentees and tardiness for the period specified. This report may be used as a tool by company managers or supervisors to review employees' attendance habits to make accurate employee attendance evaluations and reviews.
 

Break Time Exception Report

The Break Time Exception Report shows the amount of minutes employees have taken for breaks. This report can be generated only for employees who have taken more than the number of minutes you specify.

Overtime Exception Report



The Overtime Exception Report provides a detail summary of regular, overtime, and doubletime hours worked by employee or by department and shows totals for each.

Employee Hours Report

The Employee Hours Report prints current period employee hours already calculated. This report provides information on the number of hours and their distribution to each department with a breakdown by employee to be paid on the next payroll run, it also generates totals for each department and grand total for the company.
 

Holiday Hours Report

The Holiday Hours Report shows the number of holiday hours given to each employee for a particular holiday.

History Hours Report
The History Hours Report provides employees' history hours information and their distribution to each department with a breakdown by employee.
 
YTD Hours Report


The Year to Date Hours Report prints a summary for each employee of regular, overtime, doubletime, and holiday hours. It also displays total for worked hours previous year overtime hours totals.
